SECTION 30 BOUNDARIES (in Aintree) ~ None in Maghull or Lydiate, YET

The designated area identified under the provision of section 30 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 is as follows.
The area has been extended and is identified below.........
Altway bounded by Bradfield Ave, Oundle Drv to the railway line including Old Roan Railway Station to the canal. Ormskirk Road, Dunnings Bridge Road, Aintree Lane and Molyneux Way, Altway, Denstone Ave, Tonbridge Drv, Haileybury Ave, Sandhurst Drv, North Ave, Wrekin Drive, Harrow Drv.

The new designated area will come into force from midnight on Thursday 13th September 2007 until 23:59 hrs on Monday 10th March 2008. The order is in force Monday through Sunday 24 hours a day.
